1. Digital Goods Agreement

By purchasing from Acend Marketing, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital license key or download link. No physical product (CD/DVD/Box) will be shipped to your address.

2. Delivery Method

Delivery is automated. After payment confirmation, the product key will be sent to your registered Email address and/or WhatsApp number immediately or within 24 hours.

3. License Validity

All licenses are guaranteed to be valid at the time of delivery. Licenses are single-use unless specified otherwise (e.g., "5 PC Pack"). Using a key on more devices than allowed voids the warranty.

4. Reselling Policy

Unauthorized reselling of "Personal Use" licenses is strictly prohibited. Acend Marketing reserves the right to revoke keys found to be resold on third-party marketplaces.

1. Refund Eligibility

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. Refunds are ONLY considered if:

• The product key provided is proven to be invalid or used (Screenshot/Video proof required).
• We are unable to deliver the product within 48 hours of purchase.

2. Incompatible Hardware

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device meets the software's minimum system requirements. No refunds will be issued for incompatibility (e.g., buying Windows software for a Mac).

We collect your Name, Email, and WhatsApp number solely for the purpose of order processing, product delivery, and customer support.

2. Payment Security

We DO NOT store your credit/debit card information. All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways encrypted with SSL technology.

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This helps prevent spam and protects your digital identity.
